All of our CrossFit Training Sessions are coach-led and follow a structured lesson plan lasting roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
Our experienced and educted Trainers are skilled professionals. They will give you the Workout of the Day (WOD) brief at the whiteboard explaining what the workout will entail, guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Trainer will teach and correct any movement performed by you throughout the entire session and particularly during the workout. Showing up consistently and moving well with appropriate intensity for each individual is of the utmost importance to Team CFL. Working hard, trying your best and having fun with the best Crew around you will make you hungry for more and get you to a fitness level you've never experienced before.
Working out at the gym can be challenging. But getting there shouldn't! CrossFit Leixlip is located near the N4 and easily accessible from all areas of Kildare, Dublin and Meath including Lucan, Leixlip, Maynooth, Straffan, Celbridge, Clane, Sallins, Naas, Clondalkin, Liffey Valley, Dunshaughlin, Dunboyne and lots more.
