T is our Team Lead and Head Coach at CrossFit Leixlip.
\n\n
She is the backbone of our close knit community and always goes above and beyond for everyone. She has helped us create a healthy and happy culture with her positive presence, persona & attitude!
\n\n
She never goes on about how over qualified she is with her college education because what really matters and what everyone remembers is how you treat people at the end of the day.
\n\n
Anyone who has ever taken a class with T can recognise this.
\n\n
People connect with T, everyone is her pal and she truly feels that way with everyone she meets in our little community.
\n\n
Among many things she is very fair and very precise and we call her our " Monica" !
Without her hard work and dedication we would not be where we are today.
\n\n
On countless times T has been there to adapt to help people continue their fitness through difficult times.
\n\n
We have a lot to be thankful for. First thing every morning and last thing at night, T is there running the show. People get her and she get's people. Anyone that meets T or has done a class with T knows she can do her job pretty damn well. They know she is a professional and they know that she genuinely cares and wants to help.
\n\n
We count ourselves so lucky having an amazing person steering our ship day in and day out.
\n\n
Nothing is impossible with T and her bright light shines on to everyone regardless of personal situations.
\n\n
There is no hidden agenda, she just wants to bring the best out in everyone.
\n\n
